Always a very pleasant experience. To me, doctor interaction with my children is Very important. The Doctors are Great, Kind, gentle, and informative. They are even accommodating to those moms that are worried about their babies. After hours service answers and promptly relays messages and call backs are performed quickly as well for piece of mind. The place is Very clean and well kept, they have a fish tank for child amusement and things to do and play with for all ages. I have never had any issues or concerns with prescriptions, diagnosis etc. My daughter and son have been going here since we moved back to CT over 6 years now. We wont be leaving unless we move out of state. I have great confidence in this practice and highly recommend to everyone.

All of my 4 boys see Dr. Lisa Menillo. Dr. Menillo has been their doctor for 16 years, ever since she worked at Saint Francis Hospital. I live in Manchester and I would follow Dr. Menillo where ever she is at. She is the best. Always returns my call and is great with my children. The staff are amazing. No complaining from my end!
Dr. Susan, Cathy and Dr. Lisa are all great people and very skilled pediatricians. My 3 children have always received excellent care and they are never too busy to see a kid who gets sick and needs help or to explain everything to the parents. I am very happy with the care my children get here and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a Dr for their children
