Virtual Care Appointment Tips

• Set up in a well-lit room.
• Ensure your device’s camera and microphone are working.
• Log in at least 10 minutes before your virtual visit, using the link sent to you when your appointment was confirmed. 
• Visits work best when you’re connected to Wi-Fi. 
• Log in and wait for the visit to begin.

Suggested items to have available:

• Thermometer
• Flashlight or light source so we can look at your child’s throat
• A scale or your child’s weight
• The location/information of your pharmacy
• Feel free to have questions you and your child want to be answered prepared ahead of time
