Dr. Susan Lee

M.D. FAAP MPH

Dr. Susan Lee has been a board certified pediatrician since 1993 and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She received her education from England, Nigeria, and the US. She completed her residency training at SUNY (Stonybrook), Nassau County Medical Center, Long Island, and New York University, New York. She also has a Masters Degree in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts. Dr. Lee's interests include health promotion, preventive medicine and childhood obesity. She is an advocate for the safety and well-being of all children, and was honored by the Bristol Hospital Parent and Child Center, for her work in child abuse prevention. She is active in various community programs/initiatives, such as, the Bristol School Readiness Council, Reach Out and Read CT, the Parent and Child Center of Bristol, etc. She has 2 children and loves to travel in her spare time.

Dr. Lisa Menillo

M.D. FAAP

Dr. Lisa Menillo is a Board Certified Pediatrician who has over 20 years experience taking care of children and teens in Connecticut. She graduated from Fordham University in New York with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and attended medical school at the SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse, New York with a Medical Doctor degree. She completed her internship and residency training at the University of Connecticut Medical Center in Farmington Connecticut. In addition to providing general preventative and acute care to pediatric patients, Dr. Menillo has also had a special interest in providing care to children who have been lead poisoned by toxins in the environment. Dr. Menillo has been named one of Connecticut's Top Doctors and she has been awarded the Health Care Hero award in Community Service by the Connecticut Hospital Association for her work with lead poisoned children. Dr. Menillo enjoys traveling, hiking and biking with her 3 children and her husband.

Dr. Eric Bezler

M.D. FAAP

Dr. Eric Bezler, a seasoned board-certified pediatrician since 2011, brings a wealth of experience to our team. A fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, he earned his Bachelor of Science from The Pennsylvania State University. His medical journey led him to The University of Connecticut for his medical school and residency at Connecticut Children's in Hartford. He further honed his skills in the Combined Residency Program at Boston Children's Hospital and Boston Medical Center. Dr. Bezler worked in a private practice in Bloomfield for ten years before joining The Pediatric Care Center. He enjoys the breadth and variety of general pediatrics and is particularly interested in newborn care and ADHD management. He has been named one of Connecticut's Top Doctors. He lives with his wife and two children in West Hartford. In his spare time, Dr. Bezler likes exercising, traveling, and cheering on Boston sports teams.

Joe LaBell

PA-C

Joe LaBell, PA-C, is a Pediatric Physician Assistant certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Joe completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Quinnipiac University. Joe is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Connecticut Academy of Physician Assistants. Born and raised as a Jersey boy, Joe moved to Connecticut after falling in love with the Pediatric Care Center during his clinical rotation. When he's not working, Joe enjoys cooking up a storm in the kitchen, reading, or showing pictures of his dog Nala to anyone willing to see.

Hayley Shaw

APRN

Hayley grew up in Southington, CT. She attended Quinnipiac University and earned her Bachelors in Science in Nursing. She then went on to work as a nurse in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT, Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego, CA, and CT Children's in Hartford CT for a collective 12 years. She went on to receive her Masters in Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner through Georgetown University. Hayley currently lives in Southington, CT with her dog Mabel. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside, visiting her niece and sister, and spending time with friends and family.

Allyson Reynolds

MSN, APRN, CPNP-PC

Allyson Reynolds, MSN, APRN, CPNP-PC, is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, joined Children's Medical Group in 2024. She earned her undergraduate degree from Central Connecticut State University and her graduate degree from Maryville University. She was initially an APRN student at Children's Medical Group, then joined the practice as a pediatric provider until moving onto her next adventure with The Pediatric Care Center. In Allyson's spare time, she loves to take cruises and travel all over the world with her husband, interior decorating their home, and baking! She is extremely excited to care for the children and families of The Pediatric Care Center and provide patient centered care to the child and the whole family.
